Republican John McCain states Democratic rival Barack Obama as amature on foreign policy, frail on national security and, now, lenient on terrorism.
Today, McCain — a unique presidential candidate in a political environment ruled by the nation’s economic grief— seemingly has a slight choice but to criticize Obama the similar way.

Obama blamed McCain of ‘fear-mongering’ and said he is also consistently using the Bush-Cheney political playbook that is based on fear.

If the rest of the world had a say in electing the American president, Democratic nominee Barack Obama would already be sitting in the White House, a new poll of 24,717 people across 27 countries suggests.
Obama, who is streets ahead of Republican candidate John McCain in Europe, also has Indians backing him. As per the Indians polled in the Washington based Pew Global Research Centre survey, 33% people are confidence in Obama as compared to McCain(28%).

Obama establishes lead over McCain: Poll
Filed Under Politics | Posted By Jennifer Sullivan | Leave a Comment
Presumptive Democratic candidate for the US Presidential election Barack Obama has established a small early lead over his rival republican John McCain, a new poll shows.
The poll, conducted for Wall Street Journal and NBC, shows that Obama is leading McCain by 47 per cent to 41 per cent.
But still the lead is significantly smaller than the Democratic Party’s 16-point advantage, 51 per cent to 35 per cent, when voters are asked, without candidates’ names, which party they want to win the White House.
