The United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has arrived to the Chinese province that was devastated by the earthquake and killed more than 55,000 people. He traveled to the town of Yingxiu from Chengdu, Sichuan province capital for witnessing the actual status of the province and relief efforts.

The 12th May disaster has left more than 5.47 million people homeless. It is expected that Mr. Ban will share a talk with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabo. The state news agency, Xinhua reported that UN Nations Secretary General will express his concern for the victims in the earthquake. Continue reading…
