WHO healthcare plan for Myanmar

The World Health Organisation(WHO) on Thursday unveiled a USD 28 million action plan to provide healthcare for cyclone survivors in Myanmar. Eric Laroche the head of WHO said, this is very serious crisis.
In Myanmar, communicable diseases are the greatest worry with the malaria season approaching, and one of another major disease risk of dengue fever and cholera. Malnutrition is also a serious threat, even people are affecting by infections, Laroche added.
After four weeks of Cyclone, more than 133,000 people dead and missing. UN report said, only 40 percent foreign aid reached.
